Shopping Info, Returns & Privacy Policy

1. Payment

Online payment on this site is processed by ECPay, which accepts credit cards, ATM transfers and convenience store payment codes.

You enter your card details directly on ECPay's payment page. We never receive or store your credit card number.

2. Shipping and fees

Delivery options: home delivery, convenience store pickup, store pickup. We deliver within Taiwan only.
Home delivery: NT$150, free for orders over NT$3,000.
Convenience store pickup: NT$60, free for orders over NT$3,000. Please enter the convenience store and branch name at checkout.
Store pickup: No. 142-1, Hebian N. St., Sanchong Dist., New Taipei City. Open Mon–Fri 08:30–17:30 (lunch break 12:00–13:00), closed on national holidays.
Dispatch: in-stock items ship the day after payment; no shipping on holidays.
For large or bulk orders (such as a full batch of extinguishers or PA equipment), we will contact you to confirm the delivery method and cost.

3. 7-day cooling-off period and returns

Under Article 19 of Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act, consumers who buy online may cancel the contract within seven days of receiving the goods by returning them or giving written notice, without giving a reason or bearing any cost.

The cooling-off period is not a trial period. Please return items as complete as possible, including the product, accessories, gifts, manuals and original packaging.

Exceptions: Under Article 2 of the Regulations Governing Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Rescission in Distance Sales, the following does not qualify for the 7-day right of cancellation when we have informed you in advance. The one relevant to our store is:

Items customized at the customer's request (for example, made to your specified floor, size or wording).

Excepted items are clearly marked on the product page or before you order.

How to return: Within the period, call +886-2-8976-3311 or contact us on LINE with your order and reason (optional), and we will tell you how to send it back. Refunds are processed within 1–3 days after we receive and check the returned item.

Return shipping: For returns within seven days of receipt, or if the item is defective or wrong, we pay the return shipping. For returns after seven days of an item with no problem, please contact us first; the customer pays the return shipping.

4. Privacy policy

What we collect: the name, phone number, delivery address and email you provide when ordering or asking a question, and your order details.
How we use it: only to process orders, ship, provide after-sales service and answer your questions.
We never sell it or give it to third parties unrelated to your order. To complete a transaction, the necessary details are shared with our payment provider (ECPay) and couriers.
Credit card details are handled by ECPay. We never receive or store them.
You can contact us at any time to view, correct or request deletion of your personal data.
